Sue grew up riverboating in northern B.C, went further north to the Yukon after leaving school, and then did a two year tour of Australia, New Zealand, Britain and Europe with a backpack.
She settled in Prince George for a few years, managing a neighbourhood pub and then the airport restaurant and lounge.
Looking for more adventure, Sue moved to the Kootenays, (Invermere and Fairmont,) where she started her career in real estate.
Sue now owns the office building in Shawnigan and resides above it with her daughter, golden retriever and cat. She believes she found the perfect place for her busy lifestyle. The South Cowichan Valley is safe for kids and pets, provides easy access to the great outdoors, and is just close enough to Victoria for special events.
